How the Ilampirai Awards Selection Works — Step by Step
Step 1 — Nomination (200+)
Over 200 entrepreneurs are nominated through public nominations, partner referrals, and self-nominations. Nominees represent a wide range of industries and business sizes.
Step 2 — Voting & Evaluation
A combined voting + expert-evaluation phase that measures real-world performance and reputation:
Step 3 — Final Selection (Top 3 per City)
From the evaluated pool, the top 3 entrepreneurs are chosen for each city (Coimbatore, Madurai, Chennai). Winners receive a trophy, certificate, media spotlight, and access to mentorship & networking opportunities.

Terms & Conditions
Guidelines for Award Participants
- Participants must be registered entrepreneurs or nominated by an organization/individual.
- Businesses must be active and legally registered in Tamil Nadu for at least 6 months.
- Final evaluation is based on innovation, market impact, customer satisfaction, leadership, and growth potential.
- Winners will be selected for each city and must attend the award ceremony to receive recognition.
- Unauthorized recording or broadcasting of the event is prohibited.
- Ilampirai reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the criteria or is found inaccurate.
