Building a Statewide Network
Development Cells Across Tamil Nadu
Through 38 Employment Development Cells and 12 Entrepreneur Development Cells, Ilampirai aims to create a statewide network that connects talent, educational institutions, employers, entrepreneurs and businesses — while taking employment opportunities, business services, knowledge programmes and recognition platforms closer to people across Tamil Nadu.
Employment Development Cells
Ilampirai proposes to establish Employment Development Cells across all 38 districts of Tamil Nadu to create a strong district-level recruitment and employment network.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Connect – Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities connecting companies with suitable candidates.
- College Partnerships – Establish tie-ups with colleges and educational institutions within the respective district.
- Campus Recruitment – Coordinate with partner colleges to conduct campus recruitment and employment opportunities.
- Recruitment Event Planning – Plan and organise job fairs, recruitment drives, placement events and employer-connect programmes.
- Employer & Institution Network – Build a strong network of companies, colleges and candidates to create continuous employment opportunities.
Entrepreneur Development Cells
Ilampirai will establish 12 Entrepreneur Development Cells across five key cities, with two cells operating in Chennai. The primary role of these cells will be to market and promote the five key services offered by Ilampirai, while building a strong local entrepreneur and business network.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Marketing – Promote and create awareness about Ilampirai’s five core services among entrepreneurs, business owners and organisations.
- Seminars & Workshops – Organise business seminars, workshops and knowledge-sharing programmes.
- Business Growth Programmes – Conduct entrepreneurship and business growth programmes that help businesses improve, expand and become more structured.
- Networking Programmes – Create platforms for entrepreneurs and business owners to connect, collaborate and explore business opportunities.
- Awards & Recognition Events – Organise entrepreneurship awards, recognition functions and business events to celebrate and promote successful entrepreneurs.
